House Breaking Again?

I'm not sure what's up with Maya, but she's decided that she rather not go outside to potty.  Yesterday, we were hanging out in the living room when she got up, walked to the middle of the room, looked straight at me, and then peed.  She'd never done that before, even when I just brought her home.  A couple of weeks ago, I just about had her ringing the bell whenever she wanted to go out, and now we're back to this?!?!  And she did it again today.  Help!!
